Reservation and guest data. Booking details, stay dates, property identifiers, and guest contact information that you or your PMS share with AddonRev for the purpose of running post-booking offers.
Communications data. Messages sent and received through the Service, including email opens, clicks, and replies relating to outreach campaigns.
Payment and payout information. Banking or payout details necessary to send you your revenue share. Processed through third-party payment processors.
Usage data. Pages visited, features used, device and browser information, IP address, and approximate location. Collected via cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and improve the Service
Send post-booking insurance offers and related communications to guests on your behalf
Calculate, report on, and pay out revenue share
Respond to questions and provide customer support
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents
Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Bases for Processing

We do not sell personal information.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
