Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AddonRev (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AddonRev provides software and related services designed to help property managers and hospitality businesses generate additional revenue opportunities, including travel insurance offers and guest upsell services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
Keeping login credentials confidential
Ensuring information provided is accurate
All activity occurring under your account

You must immediately notify AddonRev of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
Send spam or misleading communications
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm guests, staff, or third parties

5. Third-Party Services

AddonRev may integrate with third-party providers including payment processors, insurance providers, property management systems (PMS), and email delivery services. AddonRev is not responsible for third-party systems, outages, or policies, and your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

6. Revenue and Commissions

Any revenue share, commission structure, or earnings estimates displayed by AddonRev are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual earnings may vary based on booking volume, guest participation, provider terms, cancellations, refunds, regulatory requirements, and other factors. Payouts are made on the schedule described in your account or kickoff agreement.

7. Data and Privacy

AddonRev may process reservation and guest-related information necessary to provide the Service. By using the Service, you authorize AddonRev to process such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share guest data with AddonRev under applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, and content, is owned by AddonRev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended business purpose. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any portion of the Service without written permission.

9. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AddonRev does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddonRev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AddonRev harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

AddonRev may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to Terms

AddonRev may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AddonRev is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
